Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At AyaWaken Church, we understand that circumstances can change. At the same time, we hold a limited number of spaces for each ceremony and often turn others away once a spot is reserved.

For this reason, our cancellation policy is upheld with clarity and consistency.

• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable 
• We do not issue refunds for completed bookings 

If you need to cancel your participation, please notify us as soon as possible.

• More than 2 weeks before your ceremony:
  Your final payment (minus the deposit) may be transferred to a future retreat date 
• Within 2 weeks of your ceremony:
  No transfers or refunds will be issued 

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to your ceremony 
• Your payment (minus the deposit) may be applied to a future date within 4 months 

Rescheduling within 2 weeks of the ceremony will be treated as a late cancellation, and standard cancellation terms will apply.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a ceremony:

• You will be offered a full refund, including your deposit 
• Or the option to transfer your payment to a future date 

We honor fairness to all participants. Because space is limited and often reserved in advance, this policy is applied consistently without exception.
