About Us

Welcome to AyaWaken Church. A sacred community dedicated to spiritual growth, healing, and transformation through the ancient practice of Ayahuasca ceremonies. We have been in service for several years located in Dallas,Tx. Rooted in the rich traditions of indigenous Amazonian cultures, our church provides a safe, supportive environment where individuals can explore their inner worlds, connect with the divine, and find profound personal insights.

At AyaWaken Church, Our mission is to provide a sacred, safe, and supportive space for individuals to explore and deepen their spiritual connection through the use of ayahuasca. We aim to foster a community of healing, learning, and transformation, contributing to the rise of a new Earth where love, unity, and respect for all life prevail. Led by experienced Mark and Chloe Lorello. Our Ayahuasca retreats are conducted with the utmost respect for the traditions of the shipibo from which they originate. Each ceremony is designed to create a safe and sacred space for participants, allowing them to fully surrender to the healing process. Through chants(icaros), music, and guided meditation, we help facilitate a profound connection between the mind, body, and spirit. Mark Lorello took a very intensive road to learning about ayahuasca under Don Gaspar Rengifo a 7th Generational shipibo shaman. Mark never had the intention to serve medicine, initially he was so drawn to ayahuasca due to the knowledge he was receiving. He was learning things that were so profound he just kept waiting to go back to the medicine. Then things took a turn when he sat with a dark shaman unknowingly. Mark then had his own battle on the dark side of ayahuasca dealing with spiritual attacks and black magic. With the help of Gaspar and a lot of plant teachers he was able to overcome. Later realizing it was a blessing and an eye opener to go through all that, pushing him to serve medicine, knowing they're are people out there serving with no good intentions. Mark wanted to provide the medicine to people with love and light leading the way, he saw he is apart of the new earth movement uniting the world in love. Mark has done over 30 different plant dietas, and continues to go to Peru once a year and bring his teacher once a year for dietas. He believes we never stop learning an we should always keep looking for ways to become better. He is very happy of his work with the medicine and feels blessed to be able to wak the path of an ayahuasca shaman.

Chloe, Mark’s wife and right hand, supports every ceremony, either as a participant or helper. Initially hesitant to sit with ayahuasca, Chloe’s curiosity grew as she witnessed Mark's journey, leading her to embrace the medicine and learn alongside him. She specializes in serving hapé, hosting cacao ceremonies, and has completed a dieta with bobinsana. Chloe’s nurturing, divine feminine energy is a comforting presence felt by all participants. Grateful to Mark for introducing her to this path, Chloe continues to deepen her connection with the plants, God, and those around her, embodying faith, trust, and courage in her journey. Together, Mark and Chloe create a harmonious and supportive environment for spiritual exploration and healing.
