Integration After Ceremony

"The ceremony does not end when the cup is empty. It ends when you become the truth it gave you.”

What is Integration?

Integration is the process of bringing your experience into your daily life.

What you receive in ceremony is only meaningful when it is lived, in your thoughts, actions, and relationships.

The Work Begins After Ceremony

The insights, emotions, and truths that arise in ceremony are not meant to stay in the ceremony space.

They are meant to be embodied.

Integration is where transformation becomes real.

What Integration Can Look Like

  • Shifting habits or patterns that no longer serve you
  • Deepening your spiritual practice
  • Sitting with emotions that arise after ceremony
  • Journaling, reflection, and prayer
  • Listening to your intuition and inner guidance

Common Experiences After Ceremony

It is normal to experience shifts after ceremony.

This may include:

  • emotional sensitivity
  • clarity followed by confusion
  • insights that take time to fully understand
  • changes in relationships or priorities

You are not doing anything wrong.
This is part of the process.

How We Support You

Integration begins during the weekend itself, with space to process and reflect after each ceremony.

Following your experience, we offer a guided integration call approximately one week later, led by Maria Lopez, who supports our integration process.

We also remain available for those who may need additional guidance or support as they continue their journey. This ensures you are not left to process the experience alone, but supported as you begin to integrate what was received.

We guide you through the whole process,  not just ceremony
