Integration

"The ceremony does not end when the cup is empty. It ends when you become the truth it gave you.”

What is Integration?

Integration is the process of bringing your experience into your daily life.

What you receive in ceremony is only meaningful when it is lived, in your thoughts, actions, and relationships.

Bringing the Experience Into Daily Life

The insights, emotions, and truths that arise in ceremony are not meant to stay in the ceremony space.

They are meant to be embodied.

Integration is where reflection becomes part of daily life.

What Integration Can Look Like

  • Shifting habits or patterns that no longer serve you
  • Deepening your spiritual practice
  • Creating space for reflection and awareness after ceremony
  • Journaling, reflection, and prayer
  • Listening to your intuition and inner guidance

Common Experiences After Ceremony

It is normal for people to spend time reflecting on their experience after ceremony.

This may include:

  • deeper self-reflection
  • changes in perspective
  • periods of contemplation
  • reevaluating priorities or routines

This is part of the process.

How We Support You

Integration begins during the weekend itself, with space to process and reflect after each ceremony.

Following your experience, we offer a guided integration call approximately one week later, led by Maria Lopez, who supports our integration process.

We also remain available for those who may need additional guidance or support as they continue their journey. Your supported as you continue integrating what was received.

Support and guidance continue beyond the ceremony weekend.
