Awaken To Life With Our Cacao Ceremonies

Sacred Cacao Ceremonies

A Prayerful Communion with the Heart Medicine

Our cacao ceremonies are offered as sacred gatherings to connect with the heart, awaken inner stillness, and align with divine presence. Cacao is a gentle plant teacher—a sacred ally used in many indigenous traditions to support healing, emotional openness, and spiritual grounding.

At AyaWaken Church, we serve ceremonial cacao as part of our spiritual ministry. It is offered freely, not as a product or wellness supplement, but as a sacrament—an invitation to return to the heart of your being in prayer, presence, and communion with God.

What is a Cacao Ceremony?

In our cacao ceremonies, participants gather in sacred space for:

  • Opening prayers and guided meditation
  • Serving of ceremonial-grade cacao, prepared with intention and blessing
  • Channeled music, icaros, or silence, depending on the guidance of the moment
  • Reflections, journaling, or gentle movement to receive and process what arises
  • Closing ritual, sealing the experience in gratitude and integration

These ceremonies are often described as peaceful, heart-opening, and clarifying. They are held indoors or in nature, depending on the group and season.

A Gentle but Powerful Sacrament

Unlike ayahuasca, cacao does not induce visions or purging. Instead, it works subtly—relaxing the nervous system, softening the emotional body, and deepening access to your inner voice. It is an ideal medicine for:

  • Spiritual centering
  • Emotional release
  • Prayer and devotional practice
  • Integration after deeper ceremonies

Cacao teaches us to slow down, to listen, and to love ourselves from a place of truth and trust.

Ministry Support Through Donation

AyaWaken does not sell cacao. Like ayahuasca, it is offered as part of our religious practice. We ask for voluntary donations to support the space, time, and preparation that goes into each ceremony.

Your donation helps support:

  • Preparation of ceremonial cacao
  • Setup and maintenance of sacred space
  • Music, prayer, and facilitation
  • Ministry and integration support
  • Community building and outreach

Suggested Donation: $50–$100
The amount is flexible, and no one is turned away for lack of funds. If your heart is called to participate, you are welcome.

Spiritual Integrity and Legal Standing

Our cacao ceremonies are offered in alignment with our nonprofit religious status and are protected under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA). These are not wellness events or social circles. They are spiritual gatherings offered in sincerity, devotion, and prayer.

Cacao is served only in ceremonial context and never for commercial purposes.

How to Participate

  1. Complete the Intake Form – Let us know you’re interested in a cacao ceremony.

  2. We’ll contact you with the next available gathering, and any details you’ll need.

  3. You’ll receive preparation guidance, including how to arrive in a prayerful and open state.

  4. You may offer a donation to support the ministry if you feel called.

Let the medicine of cacao soften your heart, quiet your mind, and reconnect you with the voice of Spirit within.
