At AyaWaken Church we understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your participation. Cancellation Policy for AyaWaken Church
Deposits and Payments:
- Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If you need to reschedule after making the final payment, we will transfer your amount paid, minus the deposit, to a future retreat.
- We do not issue refunds.
Cancellations:
- Cancellations by Participants:
- If you need to cancel your participation, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Cancellations made more than two weeks before the retreat start date will allow your final payment (minus the deposit) to be transferred to a future retreat.
- Cancellations made before two weeks of the retreat start date will not be eligible for any transfer or refund.
- Cancellations by AyaWaken Church:
- In the unlikely event that AyaWaken Church needs to cancel a retreat, participants will be offered a full refund, including the deposit.
- Alternatively, participants may choose to transfer their payments to a future retreat.
Rescheduling:
- Participants who need to reschedule their retreat can do so by contacting us at least two weeks prior to the start date.
- The amount paid, minus the deposit, will be credited towards a future retreat date within the next 12 months.
- Rescheduling within two weeks of the retreat start date will be considered a late cancellation, and standard cancellation terms will apply.
Attendance:
- Participants must complete the Intake Form to be considered for participation.
- Acceptance and confirmation of participation are mandatory before attending any retreat.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. This allows us to maintain the integrity and sacredness of our retreats while ensuring that we can offer the best experience to those genuinely seeking spiritual transformation and healing.
