All participants must complete an intake form thoroughly so we can review readiness for participation and ensure the gathering remains grounded, respectful, and intentional for everyone involved.

If you have important health considerations, prescription medications, or questions about participation, please reach out prior to attending.

Do not stop or change prescribed medications without speaking with your healthcare provider.

Certain health conditions, medications, or personal circumstances may require additional preparation or may not be appropriate for participation at this time.

These considerations are reviewed privately during the intake process.

If there is uncertainty regarding readiness, additional consultation may be requested before approval.

Participation may not be appropriate for individuals with certain cardiovascular, neurological, liver, kidney, or other significant health conditions.

Participants are expected to arrive well-rested, hydrated, nourished, and honest about their health history and current medications.

Participation is not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Participants are expected to arrive clear-minded and properly prepared for ceremony.

Alcohol, recreational substances, and other non-essential intoxicants should be avoided prior to participation.
