Each gathering is approached with prayer, sacred song, silence, and intentional structure.
Our environment is grounded, calm, and respectful, allowing participants space for reflection and personal experience at their own pace.
Nothing is rushed or forced.
Weekend Flow
Friday
Arrival begins at 4:00 PM (for lodging guests)
Preparation and orientation at 7:00 PM
Ceremony begins at 8:00 PM
Saturday
Reflection & Integration Gathering at 4:30 PM
Evening gathering at 7:00 PM
Ceremony begins at 8:00 PM
Post-ceremony integration available
Sunday
Breakfast at 8:00 AM (for lodging guests)
Check-out by 10:00 AM

Suggested Donation
We ask for a donation to support the continuation of our ministry, ceremonial space, and community support.

Where We Are
We are located approximately 40 minutes north of Dallas, Texas.
To preserve the privacy and sacredness of the space, the exact location is shared after acceptance.
Transportation support is available upon request.

Each submission is reviewed carefully and respectfully.
After submitting your form, you will receive instructions for scheduling a brief introductory call with us.
This conversation allows us to connect, answer questions, and help guide you through the next steps.
If approved, you will receive additional participation information.

How to Begin
Step 1: Complete the Intake Form
Fill out the intake form with accurate and honest information regarding your preparation information and participation readiness.
Step 2: Schedule Your 15-Minute Phone Call
After submitting your intake form, you will receive an email (please check your junk folder) with instructions to schedule a 15-minute call with us.
Step 3: Connect and Prepare
During this call, we will review your intake form, answer any questions, and ensure you are fully prepared for the ceremony.
If anything needs to be addressed before moving forward, we will guide you on the appropriate next steps.
